Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated to ensure you receive your full service and that other guests are not inconvenienced.
**Color Appointment Deposit Policy**
To secure your color appointment, a deposit of $50-$75 is required, based on the length and complexity of the service. This deposit will be credited toward your total on the day of your appointment.
While I don’t charge a cancellation fee, if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited due to the high demand for these appointment slots. However, rest assured that when you're ready to reschedule and keep your appointment, the deposit will be applied to your new booking.
**Late Payment Policy**
Payment is required at the time of your appointment. If payment isn’t received within 24 hours, a late fee of 15% of service total will be added to your balance. This policy ensures even energy exchange and keeps our scheduling running smoothly. Thank you for understanding!
