Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated to ensure you receive your full service and that other guests are not inconvenienced.
Cancellations
To avoid a cancellation fee, appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Your card will be charged 50% of the service price for a same day cancellation; 100% of the service price for a missed appointment without cancellation. To cancel or change your appointment, please text (708) 927-8863. If for some reason no card is on file I will conduct a transaction with you via cash app - zelle - Venmo - PayPal. I do understand that things may come up and you may have to change your plans therefore cancellations within 24 hours get their 50% service fee charge put towards their next booked appointment or rescheduled appointment
